Trudy has been creating cakes for more than 12 years. She was taught by one of the top cake decorators in South Africa - Roleen Kemp. Then on coming home to the UK, she completed College courses.
She won Fruit Cake Baker of the year for her region and on going to the finals, she came 3rd.
She takes great pride in her work, always ensuring that the cake is fabulous - taste and design.

Backing up the team is Natasha and Marie. Natasha is great with children and has a great sense of style. She is always going that extra mile to ensure your party is exactly what you want.
Marie is fantastic with floral arrangements is always backing up the team. She keeps the other two down to earth and is always conscious about money.
Together they make a wonderful team. All three ladies are lovely to chat to, have great imaginations and are all eager to ensure that you have a truly fabulous occasion.
